1. Eligibility & Registration

Registration Requirement: Only registered delegates will be allowed to submit abstracts. Submission must be done exclusively via the official conference website only.

Originality: Submissions must be original work not previously published or presented at National or International meetings.
- Note: Presentations previously shared at Local or State levels are permitted but must be declared during submission.

Limit per Author: A presenting author may submit a maximum of two oral presentations and two e-posters. Do not submit the same abstract under multiple categories.
2. Formatting & Technical Specifications

Word Limit: Maximum 250 words.

Language & Font: Must be in English using Times New Roman font.

Title Rules: Use Sentence case (e.g., Clinical study of...). Keep it concise, avoid abbreviations in the title, and do not use all capital letters.

Graphics:
- Do not include tables, graphs, or references within the text.

Recommended: Submit a single JPG file of a
“Graphic Abstract” via the designated upload option.
(Graphic abstract is recommended but not compulsory)

Style: Use numerals for numbers (unless starting a sentence). Use generic drug names only; avoid commercial/brand names.

Declare conflict of interest, if any.
3. Structure & Content
Choose the appropriate structure based on your submission type:

Original Research:
1) Background, 2) Aims & Objectives, 3) Materials & Methods, 4) Results, Limitations, & Conclusions.
(Results must be included).

Case Reports/Series:
1) Introduction, 2) Case Report/Series, 3) Discussion.

Avoid Vague Statements:
Do not use phrases like “the results will be discussed.” Be specific.
4. Ensuring Blinded Review
To maintain a fair review process:

Do not include names of authors, collaborators, hospitals, colleges, or locations within the title or abstract body.

Author affiliations must be entered separately in the online form fields provided.

Award Papers: Stricter anonymity applies; ensure no mention of institutions or co-authors is present.
5. Important Deadlines & Policy

Submission Deadline: 31st July 2026.

Notification of Acceptance: 31th October 2026.

Correspondence: The first author will be the primary contact. Please ensure your email and mobile number are accurate.

Copyright: By submitting, authors transfer copyright to the Organizing Committee for publication in print or electronic media.

Compliance: Non-adherence to these guidelines may result in automatic rejection.
